EA's guide on how NOT to do Customer Service

I recently pre-ordered Dead Space 2 from EA online as they had sent out an offer. Great, or so I thought. Having not recieved the game on its launch date (Jan the 28th 2011) I preceeded to enquire why this was the case. I'll let you read the mess that followed...

Ok so I got a bit angry at this point, but when you refuse to acknowledge the question and infer that I dont know what I'm talking about, I get a bit upset.


Again not happy with this as it suggests that I am having and should be providing some answers to the "issue"
